Our Story
What started as a simple love for home-cooked food slowly turned into something much bigger.
In the winter of 2022, two friends arrived in Canada as international students, carrying big ambitions, strong work ethics, and a deep appreciation for good food. Like many newcomers, we experienced the same challenge countless students and working professionals face every day — finding meals that are healthy, affordable, and truly feel like home.
Between busy schedules, demanding jobs, and life in a new country, cooking every day isn’t always possible. Yet takeout often lacks the warmth, nutrition, and comfort of a home-cooked Indian meal.
That’s when an idea sparked.
Cooking had always been something we loved doing — experimenting with flavors, recreating dishes from home, and most importantly, feeding people. What began as cooking for friends and small gatherings quickly grew into something people kept asking for more of.
So we decided to turn our passion into a purpose.
Today, our mission is simple:
Serve fresh, homemade Indian tiffins that bring comfort, nutrition, and a taste of home to students and busy professionals across the community.
Every meal we prepare is something we would proudly cook for our own family.

Sai Bharadwaj Vedam

Driven by Detail, Inspired by Taste
Sai is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA and PMP certification, currently working as a Program Manager in the manufacturing sector.
While his professional life revolves around managing complex programs and delivering results, his true creative outlet has always been the kitchen. He loves experimenting with flavors, refining recipes, and cooking meals that bring people together.
For Sai, cooking is more than a hobby — it’s a way of caring for others. Nothing makes him happier than seeing someone enjoy a satisfying meal after a long day.
Strategy in Work, Simplicity in Cooking
Krithika is an Electrical Engineer, a Post-Graduate in Business Analysis, and PMP-certified professional working as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.
A passionate food enthusiast, Krithika enjoys exploring different cuisines and understanding what makes food both comforting and nourishing. Her cooking style focuses on balanced, wholesome, home-style meals that feel familiar and satisfying.
Krithika believes good food should not only taste great but also make you feel good.
